- 1/2 cup of milk.
- 1 cup of flour.
- 2 of eggs.
- 1 cup of sugar.
- 1/2 cup of veg. oil or butter.
- 2 tb of baking powder.
- 4 tb of vnilla.

- Preheat the over to 170 degrees C.
- In bowl #1 mix the sugar with the oil.
- Add the eggs and the vanilla and mix (wet mix).
- In bowl #2 mix the flour with the baking powder..
- Gradually mix bowl #1 with #2 with adding milk until the consistency is not too watery or thick..
- Pour the mix into your cupcake tray and into the oven (170 C degrees for 20 minutes) or until it's golden.
