- cut all peppers and onions into small strips.
- cut ur chicken or beef into small strips.
- mix peppers and meat.
- add teriyaki, salsa, lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper, southwest seasoning( like cumin, cilantro, tumeric, etc)..
- let all ingredients marinade for at least one hour. overnight the better..
- preheat ur skillet to at least 350°F..

- add the fajita mix to rice and enjoy! ( I usually top off with fresh cilantro and sour cream).
