- Prepare 1 bag of fresh/frozen spinach.
- You need 1 can of artichoke hearts.
- Prepare 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
- Prepare 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Prepare 8 oz of cream cheese.
- You need Pinch of cayenne.
- You need to taste of Salt & pepper.
- It's 1/2 stick of butter.
Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip instructions
- Melt butter in sauce pan, add cayenne pepper.
- Once melted add spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Once spinach/artichoke is simmering, mix in cream cheese (heat should be on low/med).
- Mix in 1/2 cup of parmesan (set aside other half for topping).
- Mix in mozzarella cheese and salt & pepper.
- Put mixture into a baking dish, top with rest of parmesan..
- Bake at 350°F, covered, for 35 min!.
- Serve with bagel chips, bread slices, or tortilla chips.
